Inherit Australia has a list of approved professionals who can act as “special witness” for your Power of Attorney. Choose a witness from our trusted list and schedule a convenient time for the online signing and witnessing process
Login Again at the Time of Booking and Complete the Video Link Digital Signature Process with Your Selected Witness
At the scheduled time, log back into your Inherit Australia account. Our platform will facilitate a secure video link where you can digitally sign the Power of Attorney document with your selected witness. This process ensures the legal validity and authenticity of your document in accordance with the permitted electronic signing of your powers of attorney in Victoria.

Once the witnessing process is completed, you can access your Power of Attorney documents from our secure portal. You can download and save the documents for your records or share them as needed.
